  • All teams need to be located at our hotels to help us to coordinate & manage the festival.
  • All the players need to travel all together to get a bus transfer
  • The players travelling individually or separately from their team will have to travel on their own to go to the Festival Hotel/Airport if there is no bus transfer available. We cannot provide individual transport. We can supply taxi and public transport details as requested.
